Mountains in Clouds
  • Payment
    We can take either cash or bank transfer on the day after the job is completed. There's no need to pay a deposit for most jobs.
  • Confirmation
    Once the job is booked in, we will be in touch the day before to confirm everything is going ahead as planned, but you are more than welcome to contact us at any point before then.
  • Fragile Items
    Regular fragile items such as plants, TVs, and mirrors can be packaged and loaded safely on the day, but for anything more unusual, please get in touch so we can make the best plans to transport it safely.
  • Insurance
    We are fully covered by £50,000 Goods in Transit and £5 million Public Liability insurance.
  • Distance & Locality
    We're based in East London, but we cover all of the UK and have traveled as far as Exeter and Glasgow—distance is not an issue!
  • Cost
    We start at £75 per hour with a 90-minute minimum of £112.50 for a single driver/helper. Charges are calculated by the quarter-hour, so you'll only pay a fair price for the time you actually use. The timer starts from arrival at the collection address and stops after the last item has been unloaded at the delivery location. These charges are inclusive of everything except the congestion charge, which will be added if either of the properties is inside the zone during the move. If you're moving from a flat share or studio within London, most moves can be completed in around 2 hours.
